Easy Breezy

A comfy dress and slip-ons...can't get easier than that:D

Hope you're all having a fab weekend so far:)

Obsession #25

I promised myself I won't get any new jacket or coat for winter this year,  and will just use the ones I already have, but that doesn't mean I can't look, right?

And not really outerwear, but I'm also obsessing over Viktor and Rolf's Flowerbomb.  I know this has been out, like, forever, but it's a recent love for me, and I want want want this perfume.
What is your current obsession?

More skulls

I should really stop buying anything with skulls, but I just can't help it! I figured...I'll be set for Halloween...

Raise your hand if you're looking forward to Halloween!

"We are sometimes called the Nephilim," said Hodge. "In the Bible, they were offspring of humans and angels. The legend of the of the origin of Shadowhunters is that they were created more than a thousand years ago, when humans were being overrun by demon invasions from other worlds."
(p.78,  The Mortal Instruments:City of Bones, paperback ed.)

I just recently discovered a YA book series that has been out for awhile now- The Mortal Instruments by Cassandra Clare. I don't know why I held out in reading this, as the story is right up my alley. It has demon slayers, vampires, werewolves, witches, warlocks, and a hot hero (Oh, Jace...where were you when I was high school?). Anyhoo, the Shadowhunters dress mostly in dark clothes, so I thought I'd channel them today. You can never really go wrong with black, right?

I've only read the first book, which has been turned to a film. I haven't seen it yet, but I do like the cast, so I'm looking forward to s…

Some Saturday inspiration

Some images that are inspiring me for fall:)

Which one's your fave out of all of these?

This jacket is so 80''s right up my alley:D

Do you guys like 80's fashion?

New in...Phillip Lim for Target

On September 15th, the Phillip Lim for Target collection came out. The whole family decided to wake up early and make the trek to our local branch to grab some stuff. Alas, when we got there, the whole bag collection was already gone, as apparently, people lined up since 3am in the morning. 3am, guys! Some people just wanted them more than I did:P I was able to still grab two items, so it was still a good trip...heehee...

Here are some pics taken with my phone of the collection:

What I got:
If you're in North America, were you able to get anything, or are planning to?

Skulls and bones

I love the print on this shirt, but the back is pretty cool, too:)

Hope your Sunday is going well, guys and gals:) What have you been up to?

One good thing

As much as I love the hot summer, one of the reasons I do like fall is that the boots come out:)

Happy Friday the 13th, everyone:)

It's almost like being in love.

This jacket is a new obsession. I got this on sale in the summer (see post here) and finally got to wear it. I know, I know....I use the word "obsession" a lot on this blog, but truly, this jacket is a new love. It's from two seasons ago, I think, but who cares? It makes me feel heady and all tingly inside when I wear it:P

And guys, I made it on the New York Times Street Style again for their Sportswear edition....yesssss!

Happy Hump Day, everyone:)

New video alert! (We have no shame....)

Distraction (at the Toronto Premium Outlets)

My husband was kind enough to take the week off, as it's the first week of school for the kiddos. To distract me from the mild depression I was feeling that our youngest was now off to school, he took me to the Toronto Premium Outlets in Halton Hills, which just opened recently. We used to cross the border to New York to shop at the Buffalo one, but not anymore:)

By the way, thank you to those who asked how the little one's first day was:D She had a blast, and I was a blubbering idiot. She did cry a little bit yesterday (her second day), but all in all, the first week went well, even for the boys. Fingers crossed this school year will be smooth-sailing....

Some pics taken at the outlet mall:

Who doesn't like shopping in an outlet mall, right? :) Anyhoo, wishing you all a fab weekend!

In denial

Yes...I know it's September, but that doesn't mean I can' wear tank tops anymore, right?....Right? is the my youngest's first day of school. I may or may not be crying....
