Currently loving #47

These are the stuff I'm currently obsessing over:)

1) Raptors Fever!
Even for us peeps not hardcore into basketball, the Toronto Raptors making it to the NBA Finals is being celebrated!

I decided to make this dress last minute for my kids' school's Raptors Day:D

2) Aladdin
Out of all the live-action movie adaptation Disney has done, this is by far my most fave. Will Smith was soooooo amazing in this film, and so was Mena Massoud and Naomi Scott as Aladdin and Jasmine. Just the perfect cast.
Naomi singing Speechless made my tear up...she has such a great voice, you guys!

3) The Judgement of Paris by Ross King
This is seriously one of the best non-fiction books I've read in awhile. Even if you're not really interested in art history, this book is still a great read.
It details the rise of Impressionism in France, in particular the two diverse artists of the time, Messonier and Manet. So well-written, you guys.

4) Carmex lip balm This is my all-time fave lip balm. G…

@ Canada's Wonderland 2019 (Picture Heavy)

It's that time of the year again, you guys!

Over the weekend, my husband's company had their work union day at the Canada's Wonderland amusement park.:)

It was raining so hard the day we went that we only were able to do a few rides and ended up leaving early, but it was still great fun.

Pics below:)

Meal included with our ticket...yay:D

Beanie baby

Sooooo....I've always liked Zac Efron but I think I really became a fan after seeing The Greatest Showman. Being the weird person that I am, I became obsessed with having the same type of beanie he wore while on rehearsal for the film...

...And then, it kinda snow-balled from there and I started googling his pics in a beanie.

I looked for soooo long (ask my poor hubby) for the perfect one, you guys! Even though I have beanies I've knitted, I found them too hot for the warmer months.  Finally, I found one I can wear all the time (which is a story in itself but I digress)!

Do you get obsessed over the silliest things too? And more importantly, have you seen The Greatest Showman (which is seriously awesome)? :D

I usually don't like wearing tight clothes, which is why I don't wear this outfit a lot, but I figured...since I coloured my hair purple this time around, might as well wear this orange piece:D

Do you have a fave colour when it comes to your outfits?

What Have I Been Watching #11

Sooooo...aside from Game Of Thrones, these are the stuff I've been watching lately that I've been loving:)

1) Voice 3
I've written about Voice 1 and 2 previously, and I'm so happy the third season is back, you guys! Lee Ha-Na and Lee Jin-wook are back, baby! Episodes 1 and 2 are out, and so far, so good. (I watched it on OnDemand Korea.)

2) Aurora
Since I ran out of Korean and Japanese horror movies to stream, I thought I'd check out other Asian films of the same genre, and found this on Netflix! It's a Filipino film, so yay because I can totally understand without having to read the closed captioning...bwahaha! This was a good one with some really scary scenes, although I did find a part of it a bit formulaic.

3) Sukob
This was another Filipino horror film that's on Netflix. Really liked this one too! Both the leading actresses were pretty good.
 4) The Third Eye
This is an Indonesian horror film (also on Netlfix). Jessica Mila was really good in this film,…

Same ole same ole

I've worn this exact same outfit here multiple times...really can't go wrong with a Spirited Away sweater, amIrite?

Out and about in downtown Toronto A parade when we were sitting outside having coffee....

Do you have an outfit you always wear?

Blue wave

UNIQLO has had he Hokusai collection for awhile now, but I just recently got a shirt, and now, I feel like I must have all of them!!!

For those who don't know, Hokusai Katsushika (1760-1849) was a Japanese artist known for his Thirty Six Views of Mount Fuji series.

Got one for my daughter too...hehe

Don't you forget about me

Every time I wear this coat, I'm always reminded of Judd Nelson's character in The Breakfast Club:D

Inspiration: Sheroes

"What do we say to the God of Death?"
"Not today."

(No spoilers here:))
Last weekend was super exciting for Game of Thrones and MCU fans like me with the Battle of Winterfell episode, and of course, the Avengers Endgame release (which is seriously THE.BEST.EVER).

What I love most of about them was the strong female characters we all got to see. What an see great women lead and fight and just be all around bad asses:)

Have you guys seen the movie? Are you a GoT fan?
