Oh, the weather outside is frightful....

We've had an extreme cold weather alert here lately. These shots were literally taken in 5 seconds. In and out, my friends.
an old Nicole Miller cardigan and dress I sewed (using the Bantam pattern from the Merchant and Mills Workbook), no-name leggings, Adidas sneakers
I've always loved how this cardi drapes, and it's super comfy.
Windy too...sigh....
Their faces froze like that!

I hope it's warmer where you are!

Love that cardi! It was 15 here, which was pretty cold for us! It will be 70 by the end of the week!

Boy your kids look cold! It's quite mild here in the UK but wet, wet, wet, as usual!

Love your hair colours btw.

It's pretty cold here too! Snow and ice everywhere, but I love it no matter what. It does make work less fun though, because we don't get too many customers, and lots of my salon clients would rather wait till next week, when it will be slighty less cold. But that's okay because I have time to get some other stuff done :) Your cardigan is really pretty! I have a similar one in black that I wear really often as well because it's super warm. Have a great week!

that cardi is super cute! it's so cold here too
I applaud your bravery for even taking these photos Emmy! The cold has me like in a serious cocooning mood right now ;p Love the kicks!

Yes we seem to be on the same wavelength with our lifestyles and honestly I've never felt more in control or better about things. I can see how it would be tough to get your kids to eat healthier but if you do it gradually, you might get it to stick. Maybe you can start by making sneaky substitutions or adding more veggies into things that they already eat ;p Stay warm babe!

Always so comfy and cute. It rained all weekend, so I know that where there's rain, there's snow. Stay warm!

Brrrrrrr! I've had enough of the cold and Texas agrees. It's going to be 75 tomorrow!
You brave woman! I would have died after 2 seconds outside. Haha! It's snowing again on my side, it's crazy! We never get snow and now it seems like we are getting it all the time. :-(

I'm so over the cold weather! Love your cardigan :)
Emmy, it was in the high 30's - 40's here and we thought it was freezing! LOL Now we're about to go back into the 70's. Dip in. Dip out. I love the way that cardi drapes.
