Life Lately- Mid summer 2022

 Some activities we've been doing this summer:) 

My daughter and I have been biking a lot everywhere, trying to really enjoy the hot week we've just had:)



My husband was able to take some time off, so we decided to walk a bit around downtown Toronto and go to Ripley's Aquarium.

Love the dress you wore shopping, and it looks like you have been having fun and making the most of summer, but getting out and about! You are making me miss the warm weather - we had a super cold start to winter, and although it's a bit more normal temperatures this week I'm still missing the warmth, haha!

Hope you had a fun weekend :) We went to a birthday party and had a playdate :)

Oh my goodness! It looks like you have been having so much fun! Love that you are biking a lot and are making the most of the weather lately. Also, how amazing that you were able to visit the aquarium. I haven't been there in years now, but I always love visiting. It's such a cool place!

Emmy, I don't blame you for getting out and enjoying both the outdoors and indoors. Walking and biking are the best ways to see things, plus you get fresh air and exercise. After all of the cold winters you guys have had, I know you are loving it. I didn't know there was a Ripley's Aquarium. I always hear about the museum. It's gorgeous. The stinger on that stingray is super long! WOW! Your family looks great! Love your dress and LV Speedy Bag.

The latest item I finished knitting: the Waiting For Rain shawl:) Love how this turned out, you guys:) The yarn was really lovely to work with (Kaleidoscope) and the pattern was easy to follow. Now that it's getting colder again, a knitted shawl is always handy to have:D It's just the right length, and it sits nicely on the shoulders. I know a lot of people don't like wearing leggings as pants. I'm not one of those people. (I do have a rule that the top has to be long enough to cover your butt.
