Location location location!

 Sooooo....I tend to take all my outfit photos in mall stores (especially UNIQLO) because of the lighting and big mirrors, but alas, one problem with this is that it's really hard to do solo shots...ahem....




Where is your fave spot to take blog pictures?

Honestly, I don't take photos of myself since I'm not all that photogenic. But on occasion..the best lighting for a selfie was in the bathroom at the library where I work. Lov'n the hair! Happy May! You look great and awesome to see the family too.

Your photo bombers add so much fun to your photos chingu ;p I really only take product photos for my blog and most of that happens on our dining room table which just happens to be next to the window for optimal light y'know.

It seems like a good place to take outfit photos for the lighting alone! I guess it's worth the occasional extra in the pictures :P

The latest item I finished knitting: the Waiting For Rain shawl:) Love how this turned out, you guys:) The yarn was really lovely to work with (Kaleidoscope) and the pattern was easy to follow. Now that it's getting colder again, a knitted shawl is always handy to have:D It's just the right length, and it sits nicely on the shoulders. Life lately- end of the school year 2023

 Soooo....the last week of school is always crazy in our household, but this year was crazier than usual coz my middle and youngest children both graduated (high school and elementary)! Wut?!?! This was the dress I wore during the tea ceremony at my wedding and it fits her now!  We also just celebrated Canada Day! Here are some pics I took over the weekend.
