New in...the culottes (but not really)

 I've been trying to revamp my wardrobe lately without having to spend so much money, but finally gave in when husband offered to buy me these pants...bwahaha!

This revamp is highly influenced by finally seeing The Glory that Rowena has been recommending for a long time (loved the outfits of Song Hye-Kyo), and some life developments lately.

UNIQLO culottes


They're supposed to be cropped but they fit me like regular pants so I don't have to hem them. YAY! :D

Oh, I love these! I haven't had any in so long. These fit you perfectly! Awesome to see your post. I'm afraid I have been on a Brigerton craze. I finally watched all Netflix had to offer. Even so, I have mixed feelings. But then I started The Gentlemen by Guy Ritchie with Theo James! Still hope to get to some K-dramas and finish the Yang Yang fantasy! I hope you have been well. The pants look great on you and are such an awesome investment piece since they are both classic and versatile. You will be able to style them so many different ways and wear them for years to come. Good for you and well done hubby! And Moon Dong Eun is such a fantastic style icon! You're on your way with these pants chingu! I actually bought a pair of culottes earlier this summer and rocked them through the season. I wasn't looking to buy culottes since I already had a pair but they were just $15 so I couldn't resist. I like that new ones are more tailored so I sold my old pair. Mine hit a few inches below my knees and I love how they can pass for a skirt ;p Enjoy your new closet addition Emmy <3

Love the idea of a wardrobe revamp without spending a ton of money. The culottes are so cute and look wonderful on you! It's nice when a new addition can fit in with the other pieces in your wardrobe. I hope your week is going well so far <3

I am ashamed to admit that I have been neglecting my own jumbled wardrobe...
and that I no longer have NetFlix (device incompatibilities).

Chingu! So how did you enjoy Midnight Runners. I personally loved the mix of action, comedy and social issues. Asian films do such a good job of mixing genres. And PSJ and KHN were perfectly cast. And I'm so curious about your final assessment of Gyeongseong. We just watched Love Scout which was a lovely and light for the most part. Everything is so dark these days, it was nice for a change. I'm so glad Lee Jun Hyuk is finally getting lead work. He is such a compelling actor. Looking forward to Genie Make A Wish which starts soon. It looks kind of chaotic but it's from the same writing/directing team of The Glory so I'm in. And my girl SHK has a cameo ;p
I've been better. Was almost fully recovered and done with PT and I turned my ankle again trying to avoid colliding with a tourist. It's kind of a bummer but at least it's not as serious this time around. Hope fall is treating you well so far.

Losing my mojo

 I've been having a hard time getting motivated to post anything at all these days. I've deleted X on my phone, and am on Bluesky now, but even then, I don't really post much there. (I've stopped posting on Instagram and Facebook years ago, and don't have a TikTok/) Even having a hard time posting consistently on my Art YouTube channel.  I do have a small Catholic YouTube channel, and another small  "fish" channel (and I use that term lightly coz I mostly post random stuff about our shubunkin goldfishes), but even then, these days, I just want to go "off the grid" :( That is all.
