It's officially the last Friday of summer for us over here. School starts on Tuesday, after Labour Day...sigh... Anyhoo, I'm trying to wear my shorts as much as I can before it gets cold. Fan Expo shirt, Urban Renewal shorts, Converse One Star sneakers Are you glad or sad that fall is on its way?

I don't think you can go wrong with anything that has The Beatles on it....right? no-name shirt bought from the CNE, Hot Topic pants, Topshop chelsea boots I swear...she's gonna start her own blog soon. What a ham! Do you like The Beatles?

One of the things I was really looking forward to this year was the Fan Expo held at the Metro Toronto Convention Centre. The event was held from August 22 to 25, and we were able to go yesterday. My husband and I took our eldest, and let me tell you, all of us were like kids in a candy store...well, maybe just me....:P Below are some pics taken:) Hulk Hogan was walking by to his autograph session. The Walking Dead panel (Everyone was awesome....really....) Glenn! (Steve Yeun) What's a fan expo without the Daleks? Kitt from Knight Rider Batmobile! Squee! Great cosplay this year. Time for the annual family tradition of going to the CNE :) Just thought I'd share some pics. We always have a good time when we go, although it's also kinda bittersweet because the Ex always signifies for us Torontonians that summer is almost ending...sigh.... Toy-ronto Kingdom exhibit (Some of the city's landmarks were done in origami. Soooo cool!)
