All I Want For Christmas 2019

As a last post before Christmas, I thought I'd post my wishlist for this year:) Not much, which is good I guess:D 1) Alla Prima by Richard Schmid  A lot of oil painters really love this book, so I would really like to have it someday:) 2) The Art of Tim Burton I'm a huge TB fan, so this would be a great addition to my library:) 3) Julian French Easel This would be so handy to have for plein air painting. What is on your Christmas list? On that note, I would like to share a video of my daughter singing a Christmas song. Happy Holidays, everyone!!!

Ahead of the game

These pics were taken before a big snow storm came over. It's all snow here right now. The ironic thing is that it might melt before Christmas, which is usually the time we want snow. Mother Nature has a wicked sense of humour, I tellz yah. old top I sewed (can't remember the pattern now), UNIQLO pants Stay warm...or cold...wherever you may be:)

The stark and harsh winters we get here in Canada is really kinda depressing sometimes so what's a girl to do but pretend it's still warm and add some colour in her life:) old top from Zumiez (I think) and H&M pants Timberland boots

What have I been watching #14

Image
Shows and movies I've seen lately and have enjoyed:) all images from imdb.com 1) The Boys (Amazon Prime) I've been wanting to see this show for awhile but was hemming and hawing. My younger sis finally saw it and told me it was good so I made the time, binge-watched it, and now cannot wait to see Season 2!!!! 2) Confession of a Murder Korean revenge movies are the best, you guys  (Old Boy, Monster, etc.) and this one had a great twist on the end. 3) Memoir of a Murderer Great acting from the cast, and a well-written plot. Highly recommend:) 4) Montage Another revenge movie that's pretty awesome and had a great twist:) 5) Amityville: The Awakening Not a big Bella Thorne fan, but this one was ok. Not as good as the original, of course, but I kinda like the whole Amityville franchise:) 6) The Witch I know this is an old movie, but I just got to see it, and it's freaking awesome!!! Robert Eggers did such a great job writing and directing
