 It's that time of the year, everyone....our annual convention fave Fan Expo! I cosplayed for the first time this year, so yay:) Here are some pics:) Our costumes from L to R: Fullmetal Alchemist, Umbrella Academy, Jujutsu Kaisen, Attack on Titan My hubby did not dress up so we told him next year....bwahaha! Crowd early in the morning...not too bad but it got progressively crazy! We did a panel with Cameron Monaghan, who my daughter loves (from the shows Gotham and Shameless) Edward Elric and Roy Mustang together! :D I found my Scout Regiment! They were soooo cool!  Got an autograph from the fantastic John Rhys-Davies! Meeting him was seriously the highlight of the Fan Expo for me. He was funny, charming, and took the time to talk to me, my husband and my youngest! He was joking with the hubby a lot!  It's been a good period of film and TV watching for me lately:) (images from imdb.com) 1) Alien: Romulus It's been a long time since we've gone to the theatre, so I was really excited to see this one. Oh em gee! This was sooooo amazing, and a bit nostalgic to watch as I felt like it combined the vibes of the original Alien and Aliens movies. 2) Godzilla vs King: A New Empire My fave of all the new Godzilla/Kong movies so far. I really loved the fight scenes, especially the climax. 3) Umbrella Academy: The Final Season Although many of the fans did not like one part of the plot line this season (between Five and Lila), I thought the way the show ended was the only way this could have been wrapped up. 4) The Boys: Season 4 I'm still on the fence whether I liked this season or not. The violence and gore this time were just too much and sometimes completely unnecessary, but Homelander and Butcher are such great characters so I will continue to watch this. What have you bee

We were able to go back to St. Jacob's Flea Market this year! Last time, we went during winter , and man...going during the summer was insane! So many peeps! We arrived at 10am, and already had a hard time finding a parking spot. Anyhoo, here are some pics:) What did you do this weekend? Do tell! Surprisingly, the kids didn't get anything!
