Saturday will always be my favourite day of the week. It's just the most relaxing and super fun day most of the time. Technically, as a stay-at-home mom, all days should be super fun, right? But sometimes, I still really look forward to the weekend...partyin' partyin, yeah! This new shirt, I think, will become one of my favourite shirts (even though it's green and I was told that green is not my lucky colour). Just feels like a shirt I've had for ages. I love everything on this Elle (US Edition) September issue page (p.260). It's almost like the editors went into my brain and, after screaming, discovered what I have been wanting all these time. It has nothing to do with my lifestyle, but still... Have you guys seen on the news that Abercrombie and Fitch wants to pay the cast of Jersey Shore to stop wearing the company's clothes? Cray cray! I actually like Abercrombie, but if they want to give me money, well now... I'm one of those people who like celebrities on the cover of fashion magazines. However, I must admit I love seeing them more on tabloids and entertainment magazines like People, where they are seen in their day-to-day lives. As a suburban mom, I find what they wear when running around town more inspiring than an over-stylized shoot (which I also find inspiring but more in a fantastical realm). As much as I hate shoveling snow and wearing thick jackets, I can't help but feel I'm ready for the end of the heat and non-stop sweating. As Bob Barker would say, "Come on down, fall season." Who doesn't want the Isabel Marant Dicker boots (see my blog here)? The whole blogoshpere has been abuzz with the love for these shoes. They look great and comfortable. They look like they go with everything. Unfortunately, they are as hard to find as a high IQ score on the show Jersey Shore.
