In the beginning of the year, I said that I'm on a "no buy" in terms of clothes and shoes. This means that I now have more money to buy other stuff, like books! LOLZ Here's my last haul... And here's a video of me talking about them on our book club channel: What have you been buying lately?

 I'm not a big jewelry person. In fact, I don't even wear my wedding ring. (Wut!?!?! It's ok...my hubby doesn't either and we honestly have never worn them, except the first few years we were married, I think.) Anyhoo, lately though, I've been wearing earrings. Hoop earrings, to be more specific. I am obsessed with them! These are just some cheap ones I got from Walmart but I love them. 3 pairs for $7!! Bwahaha!  What I've been up to lately:) 1) Eating my fave foods:D Pot belly soup noodle Tempura poké bowl 3) New phone case Got this from Flaunt and really loving it! 4) Shopping for a new tank My daughter's shubunkins are getting too big so we're looking around for bigger tanks.  5) Reading a lot I read a lot last year (about 102 books) so I'm trying to see if I can do the same this year. Honestly, though, I am aiming to read more classics this year (and also thicker books) so I will most likely not hit this number again, but I'm ok with it!  Some stuff I've been using and loving a lot lately:) 1)Love Liner Liquid Best liquid liner ever! 2)Flawless Magic Oil hair serum Bought this from one of those kiosks that always harass the customers in a mall...LOLZ...this was worth it though. Quite pricey so I don't use it all the time, but it does make my hair soft (which is quite a feat TBH). 3) Muji Cleansing Oil I've always loved Muji skin care stuff, and this is a new addition to my faves:) Really gets my makeup off! 4)Cerave Renewing SA Lotion Our family doctor actually prescribed this to my daughter when she was having really super dry skin and now, I'm the one using it...coz winter....sigh.... 5) Angel perfume by Thierry Mugler My all-time fave perfume. I tend to only wear this on winter though coz it's a heavy scent. What are your current faves lately?
