It's gotten a bit warm-ish that I can finally wear this jacket that I got for a steal...yay! This is my new fave because orange.

That looks great on you. Btw You know what I've noticed is often the biggest difference between women's and men's jackets and tops generally, is the length. Women's are always cropped to show off the butt but mens are longer to cover it up! Haha. I mean women's clothes are generally more fitted. My older daughter tends to wear mens clothing because of that.

I am so glad the weather seems to be (slowly but surely) improving...even if it did snow a little bit today. That jacket is EVERYTHING. Such a fabulous statement piece. It looks so good on you!

Hey!!! Loving this Jacket, it looks so cozy, that fabric looks like it’s super comfortable, I need this jacket. I’ll never get lost in a crowd. Loving those Ugg boots too, I have a pair similar to those. So happy to hear the weather is, somewhat, starting to improve.

OMG I love that jacket. But had a LOL at the "finally warmer". I just kept thinking how a jacket like that would only require a fine long sleeve top for an Australian winter hahahaha! Hope you get to wear this beauty more often now!

The latest item I finished knitting: the Waiting For Rain shawl:) Love how this turned out, you guys:) The yarn was really lovely to work with (Kaleidoscope) and the pattern was easy to follow. Now that it's getting colder again, a knitted shawl is always handy to have:D It's just the right length, and it sits nicely on the shoulders. Life lately- end of the school year 2023

 Soooo....the last week of school is always crazy in our household, but this year was crazier than usual coz my middle and youngest children both graduated (high school and elementary)! Wut?!?! This was the dress I wore during the tea ceremony at my wedding and it fits her now!  We also just celebrated Canada Day! Here are some pics I took over the weekend.
