These are the stuff I'm currently obsessing over:)

1) Raptors Fever!
Even for us peeps not hardcore into basketball, the Toronto Raptors making it to the NBA Finals is being celebrated!

I decided to make this dress last minute for my kids' school's Raptors Day:D
using McCalls 7120 pattern

2) Aladdin
Out of all the live-action movie adaptation Disney has done, this is by far my most fave. Will Smith was soooooo amazing in this film, and so was Mena Massoud and Naomi Scott as Aladdin and Jasmine. Just the perfect cast. 

Naomi singing Speechless made my tear up...she has such a great voice, you guys!

3) The Judgement of Paris by Ross King
This is seriously one of the best non-fiction books I've read in awhile. Even if you're not really interested in art history, this book is still a great read. 

It details the rise of Impressionism in France, in particular the two diverse artists of the time, Messonier and Manet. So well-written, you guys.

4) Carmex lip balm
This is my all-time fave lip balm. Great texture, and really helps prevent my lips from drying.

I don't have any idea who the Raptors are but I've been seeing lots about them, haha! My fried was at the big match and shared lots of photos. I think the dress is such a cute idea!

I'm pleased you liked the Aladdin movie too! I haven't seen it yet but I would like to :)

I'm actually loving watching the Yankees this season even more than I thought I would. Considering they've had like 15 players go on the injured list including some major stars, they've still been finding ways to win and are in first place. We'll probably watch the Aladdin movie at some point when it makes it way onto TV. Not a fan of spending $$ for movies.

What a great outfit! Well done. I do not know anything about basketball but I know my brother and my father loves watching it sometimes. I studied art history so I am going to have to check that book out. Have a great new week. I shall be back soon! <3

Omg, they're so big.. but then again, my Lukas is 4 and a half.. what, when, how?! :) I came to visit your blog because I remembered you once bought the Kevyn Aucoin concealer and wanted to check if you had a review. I've bought it now, finally, after about 10 years wanting it.. I just couldn't find it easily in Europe, lol.

Some analogue love #2

Here are some recent shots taken with my Pentax K1000 film camera. I decided to mail my films and have them developed at Downtown Camera , and oh my gosh, you guys! Such a big difference with how they turned out. So so happy, and will be sending all my 35mm films to them from now on. (All these shots were how they were sent to me...no editing. Used Fujifilm ISO200 films.)
