Restless

 Going out for a walk around the neighbourhood (or doing some essentials shopping) is the only reason I get out of house clothes now, so I try to go out and do it daily:)

Awesome outfit! I live in the middle of America. Nebraska. And it's cold with snow and the library I work in is now open to the public, but it is quiet for the most part. Activities are done online. Everything is pretty much at a slow pace which I am thankful for (we have a couple of people with Covid so we are short staffed). But I am busy with new arrivals of books and donations. Lots of places are only still open for take-out. It has been iffy with schools. A very long winter break. Masks are mandatory. So we aren't really on lockdown but most are staying away.

We aren't in lockdown.. it's all business as usual but with masks.
Schools are currently virtual and the husband is still at home.. but he may start going a couple of times a month and we're going to be hearing about schools in a week or two as well.

Hope that your week is off to a good start! The 3 day Brisbane lockdown was lifted last night as hoped for so that was nice! We just have to wear masks for the next 10 days to make sure there aren't any more than 2 cases outside of hotel quarantine. Hopefully we got on top of it and 2 is the highest it gets!

Happy New Year! You look cozy and it looks really cold there. You always brighten my inbox!
I feel the same as you about getting dressed to go out and end up really casual. I also in my head draft an outfit that is more involved but wind up cozy and casual for my quick, masked visit to the stores.

It is interesting hearing all the perspectives from different parts of the world. I am here in GA and it is sobering with our numbers so high. Our schools are open but my high schooler is home online. We wear masks to go in to stores, distance and only make "necessary" trips out.

Walking when the weather permits daily has been a saving grace!

I hear you on getting restless chingu ;p NYC is trying to avoid another lockdown but the numbers aren't looking so great so we've been staying in as much as possible and hanging out on our terrace for fresh air. Thank goodness for our exercise bike. I ride it for an hour every day and it helps to keep me sane.

Hey girl! It's been too long! I am loving your hair! It's the same here, we don't really go out unless we absolutely have to. I do go out to get some ice cream or a yummy treat, but only if it's safe! I am trying to avoid crowds as much as possible LOL. I hope you are doing well! Have a great week!

Some analogue love #2

Here are some recent shots taken with my Pentax K1000 film camera. I decided to mail my films and have them developed at Downtown Camera , and oh my gosh, you guys! Such a big difference with how they turned out. So so happy, and will be sending all my 35mm films to them from now on. (All these shots were how they were sent to me...no editing. Used Fujifilm ISO200 films.)
