You can step right into Autumn with these! LOVE THE COLOR! I have a few pair of UIN I found on Amazon. My pink ones make me think a friend of mine who had them in black and white, and always wore them when dancing. Of course, it looks more like a slim tap shoe than anything. Nothing fancy. & I can wear them to work.

I love that colour, it's so cheerful! What a great buy to score them on sale too! I was eyeing up a new pair int he sales here in June but I couldn't pick a colour, so I've left it for now. but I wear them so often I can see the appeal of adding a forth pair to my wardrobe!

The latest item I finished knitting: the Waiting For Rain shawl:) Love how this turned out, you guys:) The yarn was really lovely to work with (Kaleidoscope) and the pattern was easy to follow. Now that it's getting colder again, a knitted shawl is always handy to have:D It's just the right length, and it sits nicely on the shoulders. Life lately- end of the school year 2023

 Soooo....the last week of school is always crazy in our household, but this year was crazier than usual coz my middle and youngest children both graduated (high school and elementary)! Wut?!?! This was the dress I wore during the tea ceremony at my wedding and it fits her now!  We also just celebrated Canada Day! Here are some pics I took over the weekend.
