Boxy

Image
This is another sweater I knitted awhile back. All the knitwear is coming out for winter...bwahaha! Sweater I knitted using the Boxy pattern by Joji Locatelli, UNIQLO pants, House of Harlow booties Seriously though...as someone who knits and sews, and also have done the KonMari method, I haven't really been buying a lot of new stuff when it comes to my wardrobe and shoes. I know this can get quite tedious easily for you guys who visit my blog. I'm gonna be honest though...that's not gonna change soon. I've always posted outfits I wear in real life, and I feel weird buying stuff just for the sake of having something new. Mind you...it doesn't mean I'll never buy new clothes. Of course, there'll be a new item now and again, but just not as much:) Anyhoo, I hope you guys stick around:)

This is one of the dresses I sewed that I don't get to wear often but really love. Cocoon dresses are just so versatile, and can be worn in any occasion. The striped fabric is also always a win for me, plus pockets:D Dress I sewed using Vogue Patterns 1496, Blondo boots I'm not too fond of tights but I like fishnet stockings:D I wore the dress during my youngest's birthday celebration:) Speaking of...the latest knitted garment I've made is for her....a Marius sweater (using this pattern.) I really love knitting Norwegian patterns lately.

Latest outfit post....nothing too special:) It's been getting cold (as it happens every fall season:P) so it's the usual top, pants and thick jackets lately. old shirt and pants from Urban Outfitters, Adidas sneakers (no jacket here but believe me, I wear them everyday now)

I know a lot of people don't like wearing leggings as pants. I'm not one of those people. (I do have a rule that the top has to be long enough to cover your butt. Otherwise, I don't know what you're trying to advertise....you know what I'm saying?) old sweater from Hot Topic and leggings from Aritzia, Vans slip ons Are you a leggings fan?

This outfit is something I usually would not wear, but I was inspired by my previous post on the street style of Tokyo Fashion Week so I figured, why not? cropped sweater from ZUMIEZ, dress from Urban Outfitters, Vans x Thrasher slip ons

Inspiration: Tokyo Fashion Week Spring 2020

Out of all the Fashion Weeks worldwide, the Tokyo one is probably the one that I will rank as #1 in terms of street style. I just love the otherworldly and unique style when it comes to what the people over there wear during Fashion Week, Below are my faves that are featured in  Vogue.com (photographed by Kira/Tokyofashion.com). Which Fashion Week street style is your fave?
