The little joys of life

1)I can finally wear this jacket I got on sale last year.
Hudson Bay coat
2)I spun my first yarn! Totally wonky, but it's a start:)
(In case you're interested, I got my supplies from Cheri at Acme Fibres. I always order from her. Highly recommend this online store.)

2-ply and single ply (from New Zealand Natural roving)

Me plying on my spindle

3)I can drink gallons of this, y'all!

4)Discovering old pics in the computer like these

5) Seeing your kid's smile

Hope you're all having a wonderful weekend.

That's a pretty coat; I love the color. Nice to see pics of everyone. Did you change out your hair color again? God's blessings in the new week.

I did notice a guy a few days ago that has what your son had. Losing a condition like that is something to smile about.

I love nr. 4 and 5! How's your boy doing? Hope all went smoothly! I can see I've neglected my blog for a few days, let's see what I can do about it today. 4 more days to go until baby comes, I would very much hope he'll come out when planned.. if he decides to be in the oven a bit longer, what can I do..
Oh my gosh, those warped computer pics are great!!
What an awesome looking coat! I am looking for a new one too. Problem is, that I need one that will keep me warm on my bike, but I want one that is a bit ladylike too, which is a bit of a challenge. How's your boy doing?

Congrats on the yarn. I wonder if you're getting this diet Ginger Ale because you're in Canada. I can never find diet Canada Dry down here!
