My current makeup routine

My original plan was to do a short video showing how I do my no-makeup makeup look for everyday, but alas, I didn't have the chance to do so, so I thought I'd just share the products I use.

Overview of everything I use after my skincare routine:

1) For the face:
RCMA concealer (CS2) and foundation (Shinto 2), or the Missha Magic Cushion on some days when I really want to pack on the SPF

2) Blush
I use the Julie Hewett Cheekie in Peachie as a base, then either the MAC blush powders in the ZPalette, or the Hourglass Ambient Strobe Lighting Blush palette

3) Powder to set everthing
Using my Holy Grail Hourglass Ambient Lighting Palette

4) Final Steps
Using the powders from the Kevyn Aucoin Palette for my eyebrows, and also for contouring/highlighting when I'm in the mood
Lash Booster Waterproof mascara from Pixi by Petra
SunBum SPF30 lip balm

I've heard wonderful things Emmy about RCMA makeup. They have a popular powder a lot of beauty bloggers use. I have to try them! Kevyn Aucoin makes some really nice palettes. I want to try his makeup as well. Oh watch out! LOL Lil bit is going to have her own blog soon! She is too cute!

OMG look at this cutie hosting her first vlog, so natural and so sweet. I need a desk fort! I don’t ever where make up, just lip gloss if you’re lucky. My current boyfriend said he can’t wait to see me with make-up on and I know he will be waiting for a very long time lol.

It's always fun to see the products that other people use :) I tend not to wear makeup everyday because I don't think it's good for my skin. Since my skin is dry and I'm obsessed with a chok chok complexion ^o^, I don't use any powders. Your daughter is even cuter on video!!! Her puppy is adorable :D

I think I own that Pixi by Petra lash booster. So nice of you to share your no makeup, makeup routine with us. I don't wear makeup every day, but when I do, I tend to keep it pretty simple as well.

Looks like my old routine when I was in the business world. :) I've gone 100% make-up free for years now but may add a touch of natural stuff for these horrendous under eye bags, haha. Or you know, I could sleep ;) haha

Some analogue love #2

Here are some recent shots taken with my Pentax K1000 film camera. I decided to mail my films and have them developed at Downtown Camera , and oh my gosh, you guys! Such a big difference with how they turned out. So so happy, and will be sending all my 35mm films to them from now on. (All these shots were how they were sent to me...no editing. Used Fujifilm ISO200 films.)
