What have I been watching #8: YouTube edition

I go through phases where all I watch are YouTube videos, like now:D I was inspired by AllieNYC's post so I thought I'd post some of my fave channels.

(Warning: They are all from different categories.)

1) Jane Davenport
I did a review of her book awhile back, and recently acquired her latest one Fabulous Figures. I also have two of her online workshops, and have been binge-watching her channel. I just love her whimsical style of drawing. I am saving up for more of her intensive online workshops.

2) Proko
If you're into drawing, you probably know his channel already. He has great tutorials, and I just love his style of teaching.

3) Monika Blunder
She's one of the makeup artists I've admired for awhile, but it was only in the past few months that I've been watching her channel. She makes really great tutorials, and she featured one of my all-time fave artists, Matthew VanLeeuwen

4) Sali Hughes
Her In The Bathroom series is just awesome, and I love how she features pro makeup artists' kits:D
Here's one with another one of my fave artists, Dick Page.

5) Pushing Film
This is one photography channel that I recommend. Not gonna lie...some of these film photographers just irritate the sh**  out of me, but I find Hashem quite relaxing to watch. The videos are actually educational and not one of those that just show how amazing their film camera collections are.

What YouTube channels do you guys like?

I hadn't heard of any of these channels so thanks for sharing! I subscribe to a few local mum vlog channels but the majority of my youtube videos watched are handbag related, haha!

Hope that you are having a great week! We finally have our aircon fixed - it was so tough suffering through the heatwave without it!

So glad I could inspire! These channels sound excellent. Checking out the makeup one right now. Why do the film photographers irritate you?

I think it's just because some of them literally just started shooting with film (like, shorter time than when I started!) and now they think they're experts just because they have a bunch of film cameras. LOLZ...or I could just be jealous that they're getting hired even with no skills:P
I'm trying to limit my screen time so I rarely watch anything on Youtube with the exception of K-variety show clips so i don't have to watch entire episodes LOL I am a fan of Sali Hughes so I may just have to check out her channel. If I fall down the rabbit hole I'm blaming it on you chingu ;p

None of them sound familiar but all look great. I watch make up on youtube but mostly watch religious videos, praise worship and motivational speakers. How have you been?

They all sound great.. I don't watch a lot of original content on youtube.. I mostly catch up on some talk show clips. But I do enjoy Good Mythical Morning with Rhett and Link.. I don't learn anything but they make me smile.
