Loophole

 Guys, I don't know if you remember but in the beginning of the year, I set my goal of no-buy when it comes to shoes and clothes. It's been quite good so far and well, with the pandemic, it has not been difficult. 

The thing is...I am still getting "new" clothes because my mother gives me some of the clothes she doesn't like to wear anymore, like the top in these photos:)

A nice loophole to have. My mom and I are entirely different sizes and can share no clothes.. not even shoes :(

That's a cute striped tee and it's so nice you can still get clothes that way! When I did my 6 month no shop thing my sister had a wardrobe clearout and I was lucky enough to get some new clothes from that that helped me have new things without shopping! :)

That is a great loophole! I definitely agree that it is much easier to avoid buying new things with the pandemic. It takes away a lot of those temptations! I love everything about this outfit. That shirt looks fabulous on you.

The latest item I finished knitting: the Waiting For Rain shawl:) Love how this turned out, you guys:) The yarn was really lovely to work with (Kaleidoscope) and the pattern was easy to follow. Now that it's getting colder again, a knitted shawl is always handy to have:D It's just the right length, and it sits nicely on the shoulders.
