Of course, here we have had some horrific wind last week, but nothing like Kentucky. Although, it closed down the school and even the library while we all took cover for a storm to come through leaving our cars caked in dust. So, it's definitely not our usual holiday weather.
So wonderful, such a great video too. All the best to some happy Christmas memories. Still working on a few hats. ..and bags. I found a hood pattern I would love to try. Maybe soon.
Happy holidays! So glad you were able to attend the recital. Your daughter has such a lovely voice. Those are the kind of moments that make the season so special <3 the creation of beauty is art.
Merry Christmas and Happiest New Year. Your daughter sounds so beautiful. I can't believe how tall and big the kids are. You may be the shortest soon. LOL All the best and here's to good health! Stay safe.
Emmy, your daughter has a BEAUTIFUL voice! She can sing! So glad you are cultivating her gift. It's a gift! Her voice has so much depth. Keep encouraging her. Beautiful photo of you with your children.
I know a lot of people don't like wearing leggings as pants. I'm not one of those people. (I do have a rule that the top has to be long enough to cover your butt. Otherwise, I don't know what you're trying to advertise....you know what I'm saying?) old sweater from Hot Topic and leggings from Aritzia, Vans slip ons Are you a leggings fan?
Here are some recent shots taken with my Pentax K1000 film camera. I decided to mail my films and have them developed at Downtown Camera , and oh my gosh, you guys! Such a big difference with how they turned out. So so happy, and will be sending all my 35mm films to them from now on. (All these shots were how they were sent to me...no editing. Used Fujifilm ISO200 films.)
The latest item I finished knitting: the Waiting For Rain shawl:) Love how this turned out, you guys:) The yarn was really lovely to work with (Kaleidoscope) and the pattern was easy to follow. Now that it's getting colder again, a knitted shawl is always handy to have:D It's just the right length, and it sits nicely on the shoulders. Waiting For Rain shawl by Sylvia McFadden, worn with my old Rainbow Bar&Grill shirt and UNIQLO pants In progress: Blocking:
