Woah! Those boots are amazing! And practical, too. It would be so handy to store little things in the zipped pouches. You could definitely pull off a pair of boots like that!

These boots are really edgy and cool! I'm loving the built in storage. I don't really want for much lately. The whole process of decluttering has given me much clarity on the unimportance of more stuff.

The latest item I finished knitting: the Waiting For Rain shawl:) Love how this turned out, you guys:) The yarn was really lovely to work with (Kaleidoscope) and the pattern was easy to follow. Now that it's getting colder again, a knitted shawl is always handy to have:D It's just the right length, and it sits nicely on the shoulders. Life lately- end of the school year 2023

 Soooo....the last week of school is always crazy in our household, but this year was crazier than usual coz my middle and youngest children both graduated (high school and elementary)! Wut?!?! This was the dress I wore during the tea ceremony at my wedding and it fits her now!  We also just celebrated Canada Day! Here are some pics I took over the weekend.
