All plaid out

Oh, such cool plaid pants. Love this combination on you! I am not certain I have the same taste in my color combos that I used to. Gray seems to be in my wardrobe a lot. I still love pink although, I have been told I like better in moss green. I still have a lot of tunics I wear with leggings to work as well as tee shirt dresses. We tend to have it very warm in the back where I generally work, but cold out on the floor of the library. Dunno if we are chilling the books or just what..well, we have become a cooling station for many this summer.

As we near our national holiday generally, I find more of my red and blue. but it seems most time in the summer I am in a library summer reading shirt. This year's theme is "Find your Voice."

Ah red and pink is one of my fave color combinations as well! I've been wearing a lot of black, white and red lately. You've got such a cool skater punk vibe going with this outfit. I can see why you love those pants. they look comfy and stylish.

Pink and red together can look so cool. I especially love the way you have done it here, with the red in the pants and the pink shoes. So fun! Those pants are amazing by the way. You always have the coolest pieces. I hope you are enjoying the summer so far!

I love the pants! I have been challenging myself to wear different colors out of my comfort zone. For example, pink with green, blue and yellow... Haha. To me these color combinations are the opposite of black, which is my go-to! haha Have a great weekend!

The latest item I finished knitting: the Waiting For Rain shawl:) Love how this turned out, you guys:) The yarn was really lovely to work with (Kaleidoscope) and the pattern was easy to follow. Now that it's getting colder again, a knitted shawl is always handy to have:D It's just the right length, and it sits nicely on the shoulders. Life lately- end of the school year 2023

 Soooo....the last week of school is always crazy in our household, but this year was crazier than usual coz my middle and youngest children both graduated (high school and elementary)! Wut?!?! This was the dress I wore during the tea ceremony at my wedding and it fits her now!  We also just celebrated Canada Day! Here are some pics I took over the weekend.
