The yearly pilgrimage

It's that time of the year...our pilgrimage to the Martyr Shrine, which our family tend to do around October every year.

For those of you who don't know, the Martyr Shrine is a Catholic church that honours the Canadian martyrs St. Jean de Brebeuf and his company. Here is the link to the site.

Just a few pics:)

How was your weekend?

So wonderful! Love those trousers! My week is filled with PT for the frozen shoulder, but it is doing much better. I've been watching Reply 1988. I had watched the original many moons ago, Reply 1997. I have been trying to crochet some hats. Still, it has been a struggle for me to post.. Then last night we didn't have internet so then it was crazy trying to figure out how to do a collage on my phone. 🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🍁🍁🍁🍁🍎🍎🍎🍎🍎All the best to a beautiful October!
The pictures are so beautiful! I'm glad the family was able to visit. Have a great week! <3

Beautiful pictures with your family! Do have a wonderful week ahead,
I think I've probably said this before but Martyr Shrine looks like a majestic site. Look at you rocking your new pants - fabulous chingu!
So my ankle improved quite a bit after I went to see my acupuncture doctor last week. I'm still taking it easy but am more active now. We've been staycationing and went on a couple of day trips this week where I was able to walk more and not have issues yay ;p I just posted the most beautiful SHK editorial with lots of style inspiration. We're making our way through Genie, Make a Wish. It's kind of crazy but entertaining.

I am glad to see you are still blogging. How cool to have this yearly tradition and this church looks incredible. I will never forget the cathedral I saw in Kologne Germany it was mind blowing. Love your look here and that yellow bag is too fun!!

Hello.
I like your blog.
I follow you 231, follow back maybe?

Oh chingu, like your DD, I also became a big SHK fan after Full House. She was so hilarious in that and I really wish she would do another rom-com because her comedic timing is so good and it would silence the haters who keep saying she plays the same role all the time. My only gripe with FH is that Ji Eun should have ended up with Min Hyuk who was always such a sweet gentleman to her. Bi's character got on my nerves cause he was such an insecure man baby LOL :p I posted part 2 of SHK Vogue spread ;D
Hope you're having a good week. It was still like summer last week in NYC and the temps just took a steep 20 degree drop that I was not ready for. Well I had to transition my closet sometime I guess.

It's great you were able to take another trip there as a family! It looks like a lovely place to visit, and I like the black and white outfit you wore :)
Chingu, it's great that your DD is so into K-dramas lately and you two can watch them together <3 I mostly watch with my husband and it's fun to have discussions at what we're watching. And your DD is very wise that she agreed with me on Full House - not just that she agreed with me but that was the correct choice haha ;p
Did you ever finish Gyeongseong Creature? Been wondering what you thought of the ending. We just finished Genie Make. A Wish which was a little all over the place but entertaining. SHK's cameo was so good! It made me think about all of Kim Eun Sook's dramas and made me want to watch City Hall again. I know it's an oldie but it was so good from what I remember. I can't believe it's almost November. Hope October treated you well Emmy <3 Stay warm!

Those photos give such a peaceful, reflective vibe; I can almost feel the sense of devotion and connection your family experiences during the pilgrimage. It’s a beautiful way to honour faith and heritage.
