Repeat offender

I can't believe it's May already, you guys! Ack! This year is going so fast and so slow at the same time, if you know what I mean....

Anyhoo, I thought that since I'm not buying a lot of new clothes this year, I might as well wear the stuff I made more often.

This sweater was first featured in 2018 here, wearing the EXACT. SAME. OUTFIT. Hey! If it works, right? LOL

sweater I knitted, BDG jeans, Vans slip ons

Do you find you're buying less clothes/shoes and accessories f because of the pandemic, or is everything pretty much the same?

PS I did acquire a new easel (thanks, hubby!). Here's the video I did showing my first impression of it:D

That is such a cute knit, I can see who you'd want to wear it more often! I foudn I shopped a lot less for fashion last year, it's the lowest spend year I've ever had since I've started tracking my spending, but this year I've bought quite a lot. I think it's because everything is back to normal here. I'm trying to curb my spending though, as we really aren't going out a lot so I shouldn't need a lot of new things - mostly online orders for groceries, and only going out for errands when I have a bunch of thins to do at once, that kind of thing!

Loved the unboxing video and the fun music to the unboxing! :)

Hope that you had a good weekend. It's been a nice relaxing long weekend for us :)

Love this sweater! I mean you are really coming along in your creative endeavors!! I am so here for it. I have not bought many things either and trying to create outfits with what I have. I am toying with a "capsule-ish" wardrobe since I am not buying many things or going many places yet.

I also started art journaling and will use that as a spring board to try abstract painting.

Cheers!!

I love it!! Your hubby is like my hubby so handy and makes it look so easy!! Thankful for these guys!!
I definitely know what you mean about time being both fast and slow. It's hard to believe it's May already and yet...it seems like we have been cooped up inside forever. I absolutely LOVE this outfit. That sweater is so so gorgeous. You are ridiculously talented! Personally, my shopping habits have dramatically reduced thanks to the pandemic. (Which is definitely a good thing for my wallet!) But I have to say, I do miss shopping sometimes!

I so love the color of this sweater! Wonderful patchwork jeans too. May has come too quickly. I wished I had enjoyed April more, but it was cold for much of it. Even vaccinated, still wearing masks. Oh, it feels as if May will be a warm one. All the best to your creativity.
Hey if an outfit works, it should definitely be repeated :D That sweater is totally daebak! And yay for the new easel. Great job by your hubby! I had cut down on my shopping even before the pandemic but it definitely shifted to mostly home improvement and home decor over clothing and beauty. We're still spending most of our time at home and it makes sense to make it as comfy and convenient as possible.

Yay on the new easel.
While I am still occasionally buying new stuff.. I also still have things in my closet that I love and have had for years. Last year before quarantine I had started to flip the hanger on the things I wear and at the end of the year get rid of anything I hadn't worn the whole year. Since we barely left the house most of last year I'm going to make it a two year thing..

Cute sweater! I've spent the least amount on clothing these past 1.5 years and I'm not mad about it. It'd be wonderful to continue working from home!
