Yesterday was the first day of the Toronto Knitter's Frolic , held at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre. To say that I was excited was a bit of an understatement. It was my first time going, and oh my! What a great event, y'all! It was awesome to see and feel the yarn from companies, big and small. All the vendors were also a pleasure to deal with. I'll definitely try to do some workshops next year as well, as they sounded pretty rad. I went with my daughter (sons were left with the hubby), my sister-in-law and my youngest sister (who is not a knitter, but ended up enjoying the event and got a knitting kit:)) Here are some pics I took: yarn winding station We were both excited....heehee Saw so many inspiring knitted pieces, both from the vendors and just people walking around Peace out!
